  • Shipping Charges

    • We offer free shipping for Standard Delivery within India. If you are looking for Express Shipping, It would be chargeable during checkout.

    • We offer flat shipping of Rs 3700 for Standard Delivery outside India. If you are looking for Express Shipping, It would be chargeable during checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline / Estimated Delivery

    • It take 8 business days for the product to be delivered within India.

    • It depends upon the weather conditions of the city.

  • Order Processing / Dispatch Time

    • We take 2 business days to process and ship an order within India after it’s placed

    • We take 3 business days to process and ship an order outside India after it’s placed

  • Tracking & Notifications

    • We provide tracking number/links via customer registered email.

    • Once you place the order, you get the order notification via email.

  • Returns / Exchanges / Damages

    • You can return/exchange if the product does not fits or there is colour difference.

    • If you initiate the return, it will be processed within 2 business days.

    • What if the item is damaged or defective? Returns that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Undeliverable / Incorrect Address

    • What happens if the package is returned for wrong address or unclaimed? We will confirm the address with the customer via email or phone and send the product again.

    • Are there reshipment fees? There are no reshipment fees.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Up to what time or point before dispatch can you cancel? Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
