Return & Exchange Policy
At VACHT, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Once your return is initiated, please allow 5–7 working days for the product(s) to reach us.
We also provide reverse pick-up services, subject to availability in your area pin code. A flat reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund per order—regardless of the number of items being returned. This means only one deduction per order, not per item.
Pick-Up Attempts:
The courier will attempt reverse pick-up twice. If both attempts fail, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to our warehouse address.
Condition of Returns:
Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Self-Shipping Instructions (if reverse pick-up is unavailable):

Ensure the package is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the parcel.

Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

Once received and inspected (within 48 hours), we will refund the product amount:

Prepaid orders: Full refund + ₹100 courier compensation to your bank account.

COD orders: Refund in the form of store credit/gift card.

Important Note on Couriers
Please do not use The Professional Couriers for returns, as they are unreliable and deliveries may be rejected. We strongly recommend using India Post (Speed Post)—a trusted, government-run service with wide coverage across India.
